Terms of service
Last updated 13 May 2026
These terms govern your use of yetanotherupdate.ai. By signing up you agree to them. They are short. Read them.
What you get
We send you one email per day at the local time you chose. The email is generated by a Claude model and assembled from public AI news plus, once forwarding launches in v1.5, the newsletters you forward to your shielded address. The service is free at launch.
Acceptable use
One account per person. Do not use scripts or bots to create accounts. Do not share your shielded address publicly; it is meant for newsletter signups, not posting in forums. Do not forward illegal content to your shielded address; we will report it.
Your content
Newsletters you forward remain the property of their publishers. The summaries we produce from them are for your eyes only and we do not republish them. The opens, clicks, and feedback actions you generate inside the digest belong to us as operational data and inform how we write your next digest.
What we do not promise
The service is provided as-is. Things will break. Sometimes the 5pm send will be late, or a source will fail to load, or a digest will be skipped entirely. We will fix what we can. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that any single digest will be useful.
Information in the digest is editorial commentary on public news. It is not financial, legal, medical, or career advice.
Ending the arrangement
You can unsubscribe from any digest by clicking the link at the bottom. To delete your account, email team@yetanotherupdate.ai.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, harm other users, or break the law. We will email you before doing so unless there is an imminent safety reason.
Liability
Our total liability to you for anything related to the service is capped at one hundred US dollars or the amount you paid us in the last twelve months, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change meaningfully affects you, we will email subscribers before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
